Oh No! Help!

edited August 2008 in General Discussion
Ok my grandmas dog was SUPER gassy a week ago (about) and lethargic and...well just everything that goes with severe gassy-ness. The vets can't find anything wrong and he is in pain. They did blood work and an x-ray and nothing showed up. He is drinking and eating and doing his "business". Does anyone have any idea what it is or how to help him or make hime more comfortable?

 • He might have eaten something, or have gotten bitten by something.

 • ok im writing everything down to tell her any medicine or herbs oils or anything?
 • To be fair, if the vets have seen the dog and cannot find anything, then maybe it just has to pass naturally. HOWEVER, me personally would be taking the dog back to the vet (possibly seeing another) and asking them to check again as the problem hasn't got any better and he's in discomfort. But that's just me.

I hope you find someway of making him feel better though.
