We could have ratings for everyone who you do business with, so we know who to deal with and whom not to. I know this could go wrong with people getting negative karma, but it could work to a point. You can only get one vote per person by you alone. I really like that idea :] Would this be able for both sponsors and novices, or just sponsors?

But what if you did a good job, but they still didn't like you, and then people would think you did something wrong. I like the idea, but there could be some troubles..

And I highly doubt people would simply be out there giving bad ratings in an attempt to sabotage them.
