Soccer Coaches?

Help me please? Sombody? Anybody? >.>;<br><br>I've managed to get myself stuck in a sports coaching class at school. This would be fine, except I know nothing about sport. We had to choose a sport and I picked soccer, so if anyone here is a soccer coach, I'd love your help :3 You might even be able to help me if you just play soccer but remember everything your coach says.<br><br>I need to know the rules, what a coach does, what to say and where to begin xD We're getting paired up with other people in our class and are expected to coach them, so I need to learn fast ^_^;<br><br>I really have no idea how I got myself into this xD

    <span style="font-size:75">The basics "playing spots" on the feild:<br>Goalie<br>Defense<br>Forward<br>Middle Field<br><br>Good practices:<br>Juggling the soccer ball on your knees, feet, and perhaps shoulders and head (if people are that talented :))<br>Cones, weave around them with the ball, etc.<br>Regular "Scrimages" or however you spell it. Just have half the team play the other half for practice.<br><br>Anyone who shoves, or kicks one another -purposely- will be called on by the referee.<br><br>I don't know much else, sorry. :/</span>
