Am I childish?

Everyone says that I'm childish, too young acting for my age. Me ad my friend run a neighborhood babysitting business, and all of the kids love me. My friend just sits on the couch, and I play with the kids like I am one. I'm always buying toys, and I play like a kid. >> Here are things that people say I'm childish because: I am trying to buy a sponsor with vpc but don't have more than 2 milly in my account.. so, making some money from banners. I can't buy one with my USD money because you're never too old for Build-a-bear and, well, let's just say I have 4, and they have more stuff than I do. xD Litterally. They have a tent, one of them wears glasses, all have thier own individual packed full closet, thier own bed, etc. xD Everyone says I'm too old for it, but I see adults there all the time, and I'll bring one with me when babysitting and bring the tent, kids love it. So, all the money I spend babysitting goes to my bears, and the kids love them so I bring them and if they luff it alot and tell thier parents, I get paid extra to buy my bears more stuff. Whenever we are playing, the kid will tell me what to get with the money that thier parents give me, and I get it. xD Also, I never get serious in a relationship. Like my friends, I'll always goof off and they'll tell me I'm a kid. I smile and say Thanks, cuz I don't want to grow up. I have an American girl and still play with Barbies with my best friend, Rachel. I guess we don't care what others think because we were homeschooled most of our lives. I walk through the halls saying hi to everyone, even people that aren't my 'friends' and everyone knows I play with dolls. I don't care. So, now can you tell me if I'm childish, cause I want to know what you guys think. I won't get offended if I am, I'm just not that kind of person. xD

I can't say you're childish. Everyone one has different tastes. So who cares if you like build-a-bears or play with dolls? There is probably tons of kids older than you who like them too. That doesnt make you immature.

I didn't put it in vent because it isn't complaining, I was just seeing if people on vp thought that I was immature from the way I talked on here and such, but if the mods want to change it than shure.

i think you should enjoy your precious childhood while you got it ...people expect kids to grow up in all the wrong areas today, and none of the important ones ie they are to behave like adults and dress and whatnot as such, but its ok that you cant have them make dinner because they may burn down the house or worse i think i still had my toys around at your age, you'll so called grow up fast enough as is and gain new interests...as far as relationships 13 is to young to be deadcore serious in a relationship anyway, your not developed in your personality and shouldnt be expected to go head heart and spirit into a relationship like you plan to get married tomorow, when 2 years from now you may well have grown apart for natural causes when you develop no i say you sound just rigth for your age, and pretty down to earth as well about it...which is a lot more mature then many your age could be...so good on you

I don't think your immature or childish. Heres a nice story to go with why I don't think you are. ;P My husband when he was a young child loved Gi Joes. Well when he had kids he was so excited cause he could buy them for the kids. He buys one for the kids and one for himself. hehe The kids and him love sitting around and playing with some of daddy's old toys. Now of course he says they don't play the right way cause they have the Gi Joes and Cobras being nice to each other and having tea parties. lol We have a cabinet in our room that is full of Gi Joes that he collects. Its always nice to collect something and look forward to getting it when you reach enough money. Enjoy it while you can. ;D

Pffft, you're fine Pepper. I'm less than a year from being a legal adult and I still play with my Pokemon figures. Everyone grows up differently at different times. Don't worry about it ^^

You are not immature at all. I still play with: Dragons Figurines, Werewolves Figurines, Schleich animals, Beanie Babies and everything! *edited*-Do NOT give out personal info*--Staff*, and I don't care if people think I'm immature. We'd get along great! Lolz, I will always have a child in me.

Do not get pressured into acting "older" there is way too much of that these days. I'm 25 and I still like to play on adventure playgrounds and stuff. And if I remember right I also played with dolls and things upto about the age of 15. So don't worry what other people say. You sound PERFECTLY mature for your age.

all the kids these days want to grow up way to fast, pepper when I was your age I was just breaking off from my barbies and horse figurines, I am now alot older and still sometimes play crazy games lol always be a kid, to many people are all grown up, show some individualality, nobody should be the same, if we were this world would be so stinkin boring! always be yourself and do as you please(as long as it breaks no rules

:P I beat you on the stuffed animal count. I have them scattered throughout my room, and I have 3 boxes FULL of them. I luffles buildabear. Your not immature. You have different taste, and playing with the kids like you are one? THATS babysitting. Thats what I do with the kids I play with. I get down on the floor, and play horsie no matter how bad my head may hurt. I give piggyback rides around the house, no matter how much my ankle is bugging me. (I sprained my ankle and it never healed properly. So it has its good days and its bad.) So, your not immature. I act thirty, my parents THINK im thirty, so I get worse punishments than my brother, who is 8 and should be more mature but he acts like half his age. Your just having fun. After I babysit, I fall asleep on the 3 minute car drive home xD
