VP Dog Breed Improvement [VPDBI]

<span style="font-size:75">Ok, so some other people are doing this and I have been doing this a lot too :] For my program, I will call it VPDBI</span><br><br><span style="font-weight:bold"><span style="text-decoration:underline">What Is This?</span></span><br><span style="font-size:75">This is for all those VPians that want to improve <br>the breeds and decrease major populations of bad-statted dogs.</span><br><br><span style="font-weight:bold"><span style="text-decoration:underline">How It Works</span></span><br><span style="font-size:75">What you do is pick a breed, buy or rescue many of that breed,<br> then release or retire bad-statted dogs of the breed. <br>Dogs who aren't old enough to be retired but are too old to be release, age and retire.<br>It's pretty simple.</span><br><br><span style="font-weight:bold"><span style="text-decoration:underline">Costs and Donations</span></span><br><span style="font-size:75">Yes, this will be a bit costly. In a 24 hour period I've spent over 200k on icky<br>dogs that were all released/retired. And most were only $250 apiece. <br><br><span style="text-decoration:underline">If you would like to donate, that would be a HUGE help. <br>Even if it was a little amount. Any and every donation helps :]</span></span><br><br><span style="font-weight:bold"><span style="text-decoration:underline">How To Help</span></span><br><span style="font-size:75">You can help, too!
