What's that?! An art contest?!? and if I win I get a dye!?! Yes, that's right

I'm holding an art contest!

The Assignment 1. Breed: Snow Leopard Colors: <a href="http://i189.photobucket.com/albums/z320/MoonlightKennels/Untitled-1.png"; target="_blank" class="bb-url">these exact colors</a> Markings: regular spots and also <a href="http://i189.photobucket.com/albums/z320/MoonlightKennels/Untitled-2.png"; target="_blank" class="bb-url">these where indicated</a> Eyes: they should be moons, just don't make it look too weird. if it does look odd, then just make them silver

Accessories/Body Parts: angelic wings;large but not too large Pose: Your choice ^-^ Other: <a href="http://i189.photobucket.com/albums/z320/MoonlightKennels/Untitled-3.png"; target="_blank" class="bb-url">you can use any of these if desired</a> I would also prefer if the background was dark and snowwy

Mood: dark, show some teeth if possible

There are no second, third etc. prizes since I have nothing else to offer. I am paying for the prize with money from selling an item on ebay. It will end when the item is sold so I have the money to buy the prize. If it is sold sooner that I'm thinking, I will of course keep the contest going to get more entrances in ^-^ I have the right to end this contest at any time, for any reason. You will be automatically disqualified from the contest and I will not accept your entrance if you are caught stealing artwork from anyone/anywhere! Have fun and good luck!

Bah, you'll see x3 Moony, I know I always have this problem, but with your colours, do you mean you want a natural white base and black spots with blue in the middle or something else? I'm not good at this xD

oh no dear XD sorry I should have explained that. base color should be midnight purple, or just a dark purple and with the blue spots ^-^

Heh, thankyou x3 Something about this bothers me so I might play with it some more tomorrow. I'm sorry I didn't see this XD Well, I'm not sure if that would be considered reusing someones art? but i guess if you're using a picture thats royalty free it wouldn't really. you could go ahead with it then ^_^ i would prefer you to ask someone about the situation before you do though. like an op who is an experienced artist?

its a manip no mather, and just to clarify the references was both my work, i did not take a dingo drawing and put a sweather on it, i took a dingo photo and manipulated it into a dingo drawing, then put a sweather on it

as this forum allow usage of royalty free stock photoes this is within the rules, there are no specifications further on what type of manipulation you do (be it only take the photo and put a name on it, or be it change it all togheter like i did in those examples and turn it into another type of art so to speak, its just a measure of degree of manipulation.) so yeah will see if i cant get something in then

as long as you are ok with it *s* thats what mathers *s*

i have the lineart part of it done. i'm unsure if i will paint it on the compute or just color it with markers and colored pencil. i'm not very good with backgrounds and so my choice would be with colored pencil. but i will try both-and then let you pick. unless you prefer colored on the computer then that is the one i will do. <img src="http://i26.tinypic.com/21dhf2x.jpg"; alt="http://i26.tinypic.com/21dhf2x.jpg"; class="bb-image" />

okay, i finished the colored pencil one...and like i said-i'm not good with backgrounds, so i just used a black colored pencil and faded from whiteish to blackish. it looks pretty sucky..BUT i love the cat. um. i tried to erase the background but it didn't work to well so i just left it.. so here it is.. <img src="http://i25.tinypic.com/jqs6yc.png"; alt="http://i25.tinypic.com/jqs6yc.png"; class="bb-image" /> computer colored one will get done sometime-maybe. all depends on my plans this week.
