Banner Critique?

<span style="font-size:75">Okay well I made a banner in Photoshop 7.0 :3 And I'd like some critique on it. :3 I can't do borders yet, but I'm figuring that out right now x3 So anyways here's the banner -<br><img src="http://i280.photobucket.com/albums/kk175/blueyisis/5-3.gif"; alt="http://i280.photobucket.com/albums/kk175/blueyisis/5-3.gif"; class="bb-image" /><br><br>Anyone can use it, but you MUST credit it to me! :3 No stealing! :P<br><br>Critique and Comments please. :3</span>

    <span style="font-size:75">*twitch twitch*<br>hard on the eyes!<br>*puts on sunglasses*<br>*AHHH I GRABBED THE 3D GLASSES!*<br>*eyes burn*<br><br>lol<br>its cute<br>but the black doesnt show up that great<br>maybe a shade of gray text?<br><br>and save as <span style="color:red">.png</span><br>looks more crisp<br>and .<span style="color:red">png </span>prevents color damage/noise</span>
