Lop Eared Rabbit

So Moony got a free rabbit hutch today! My aunt didn't need it anymore and so she let me have it ^-^ So...my mom has agreed that I can get a rabbit. I already have my eye on one close to our house. He is a 6 month old (unaltered) brown and white male Lop Eared Rabbit. The owner says he is very sweet, and that he is potty trained

The lady is only charging $30 to get him. She also has another female lop bunny that is said to be MUCH larger. I really wish I could get both, but i don't think the hutch I got is big enough for TWO LOP bunnies XD and..we'd have to get BOTH of them altered. I am just starting to read up on lops, but has anyone ever had one before? Or does anyone currently have one? I'd just like to know your take on them.... As in are they sweet? Do they like attention? blah blah blah...

She was in a 4x4x3 foot pen but I recently put her back in that cage. She's not altered yet and she was getting really aggressive. >< Overall Marley is a sweetheart. Right now she's super territorial, but she's also a female who's ready to breed and is really hormonal. XD Males tend to be, I think, more laid back, especially after they are altered! That's why I can't wait till Miss Marley is spayed. Hopefully that'll calm her down. xD I had another French Lop before Marley. Her name was TicTacDoe. I got her when she was just about to turn 2 years old. She was a Sweetheart. She'd sit on my lap for hours. She would never potty in the house when she was out and about. Just an angel! But she got sick... we took her to the vet and did all we could but shortly after past away.

I had two Holland Lops that died. :[ But I have Andi

And Bozzy's bunny Marley, is Andi's girlfriend. xDDDD Awesome Mooneh!

Boz...Marley is as big as Pocco and Sysco weight wise, exactly XD lmao. So she's as big as papillons...

I have a Holland Lop, Gizmo. He is the sweetest thing ever ^^ He begs for attention, and when he sees me approaching the cage, he gets excited and hovers around the door xD I have a harness for him, he loves to go on walks , though he likes to graze a lot >.< He's not altered, and probably never will be, as I don't have any issues with him since he's outside anyways. He is a big mush though, and has never once bit me or anything. I have a dutch as well... she can be a bit mean sometimes :P But I love her anyway, her attitude gives her personality. The bunny you're looking at looks beautiful ^^ Good luck

Aww.. I want a rabbit. But my Husky would probably kill her. :shock: She likes chasing/biting small animals... she killed my hamster.

So mom said no to having a rabbit.

Marley is just about as big, if not bigger then my shih tzu Bosley, and he weigh's 16 lbs XD Bosley does not like Marley. He's scared of the "big bunny". XD

Yep! XD Marley is probably bigger then Andi now XD

I should weigh Andi again soon. He lost more weight and just started gaining again. $:\$ But who said short men don't rock? Especially with little bunnies!

UPDATE!!!! So, my mom has decided that she wants ME to pay for my own rabbit, and everything that I need for it XD Anyways, I sold my PSP today for $260

The lady that owns the bunny on my first post said that he is still available!! (the only one left actually! what luck!

) and that she would of course hold him for me if she needed to. I'm thinking I should have at least $175 left afterwards, which I will use $20 of for a new sponsor...(maybe)

and the rest save for future bunny food/supplies! So! Moony should have a new bunny either this week or next! ^-^ And I will of course post piccys!

Ohh! And...any ideas what I should name him? XD My mom said "Bunny Foo Foo" ... I was like..."No" XD

I also just realized...that he looks like...EXACTLY the same as Marley Boz XD Andi might have some competition Dreamy :twisted:
