I am going to start a Virtual Pups Newsletter! They have one on VHR, and I am the main writer, so I thought why not start one here. Allright in order to become part of the crew you have to meet the standards. If you want to join just fill out the form. I am only hiring the main ones now, and once we get the "business" going, paychecks will be handed out along with different jobs. ^_^ Psst, does this sound interesting to you? Name: Frapple Applying For: Either Main Writer, Writer, or Main Editor Why you deserve this spot: I really truly love to write. I've written quite a few stories, about different things, and I think it'd be fun to write for VirtualPups. I am very good with words, and also with English. What can you do for us: I can either write stories, or edit other people's stories with grammar. I'm on almost everyday (i probably shouldnt.. xD) so I'd be able to write alot.... How do you have experience: I have written many many stories and poems, just because I was bored, and someone encouraged me to write a story to enter a contest because of my great grammar and english. I also RP, which is helpful, you write alot about one certain character. I have always gotten A's on my grammar tests, and well, I'd have to say I love English! I have always had straight A's in English and Language Arts. I have been in 3 spelling bees in the past 3 years, and got runner up in the last one. Name: KimYo Applying For: Main Writer, Writer (i could be a gossip columnist!!! (I might be banned for it though. haha)) Why you deserve this spot: I love writing, and this would be a good chance to get better at it. What can you do for us: I will be able to write everyday because I connect to VP constantly. I train on Vp, so I'll be on everyday to catch up on stuff. Also, I'm very organized and I can help the team out lots.

How do you have experience: I've written books for friends before, and teachers have said that I am really good at writing. I am also a journalist in journalism/school newspaper. How long you have been on VP: Since February 14, 2006, 8:40 pm , so about 3 years and still going.

I have done plenty of stories for the school and I believe I am a pretty good writer. What can you do for us: I won't just give facts I love interviewing. Name: SandyPaws Applying For: Editor Why you deserve this spot: I am excellent at finding mistakes, even the small ones. Lots of times I can be a word freak, so it can be helpful for me to pick out the misspellings.

When I look things over it's like magic! xD I can find mistakes easily. What can you do for us: Looking over things and helping with corrections, helping with finding better word choice and such. I will also probably be on a lot during the summer, so I will be able to help most of the time. How do you have experience: I used to be editor on a VP newspaper site that poofed. :P I also write stories on my other computer all the time, so I edit those all the time.

May it be books, RPG posts, my own blog, or my five journals each with their own separate topic.. I am very talented with a pencil (Or keyboard) Believe it or not, I wrote in the sixth grade section of or school newspaper all the time. I am on one to three hours a day, every day or every other day. I have grade 100 in my final report card for english. What can you do for us: Get the scoop on new RPGs, games, hot topics (like a topic that has a lot of pages). I can interview, adding quotes to all/most of my topics and turn a regular topic into a heated day-bue! How do you have experience: As I said, I write books. I have written two and am working on five others; I post in RPGs constantly, adding plenty of detail; I own a blog and post a lot in that as well; I also have five journals that I write in. They each have a different topic and it is a good thing too, if I had one journal for it all, I'd have a three hundred page book! I have been writing sense third grade and I am going into seventh. I would suggest all the writers turn in a sample of what a artical might be like in the newspaper...editors show editing skills...so on. It would show their talent

Name: Cobalt What I am applying for: Main Editor Why I deserve this spot: I actually enjoy correcting misspelled words, bad grammar, etc. In school, my friends always ask me to proofread their papers for them, and I always ask them one question: "Do you mind if I mark on it a lot?" I notice every single miniscule mistake in everything. It's a gift and a curse, but I put it to good use. What I can do for you: I'm prepared to proofread whatever you like, and make corrections where necessary. I will provide constructive criticism of sentence structure, word choice, and paragraph structure as well as the usual grammar, spelling, and punctuation tips. My experience: As I said, I get asked to proofread papers all the time in school. My English teacher even asks me to proofread papers for her! I also enjoy helping people improve their writing. Ok an artist would make a layout and such for our web on free webs to keep on the articles together, and draw pictures and bla bla bla, whatever art stuff i would need for you to do. For the editors, by the end of the applying I will make up something horrible in grammar. Any more questions?
