Ok I think when a Rescue kennel rescues a Dog they should get the money in the kennel they rescued the dogs from or atleast some of it. It would help support rescue kennel cause they dont earn very much money.

    This was already suggested and turned down for various reasons. I think one of the main things is, people come back and their dogs are already gone. They dont want to have all their money gone too.

    I think rescue kennels make more than enough
