I think we should have an option to block mail. There would be this little section and you click a white box to check it, saying that you would not like to recieve mail. It's like ignoring someone but without the hassle of them having to message you first. No more annoying spam ads. The only complicated part of this is the ops. They would still have to be able to message the players. So let me know what you think.

    nice idea. i hate it when random people message me about stuff i dont wanna buy. maybe you could select people you can have message you.

    That would be more like adding a whole friends list. And you could check only friends being able to mesage you. But that sounds a lot like other sites.

    its not a bad idea, but how do you get "mail" lets say if you are looking for a service --- e.g. sponser breeder<br><br>doesn't that mean you got to click the mail button on and off???<br><br>not much of a hassle...<br><br><br>ps. the annoying spam adds have increased since bark park was sponser only, mainly novices trying to sell their dogs

    Possibly, or if people really wanted that friend thing. Maybe there could be a button on kennels that says "block mail from this user" and "accept mail from this user". Though I think just unchecking shouldnt be too much of a problem. <br><br>Yes novice spam is annoying. Normally I tell them to stop or they will get reported because what they are doing is against the rules.

    well, if you post you are looking for something like... giftys lets say. and i have some, but i am blocked. but, if you unblocked me.. i could also send you anoying things. i could also be lieing about the giftys.. not saying id do this but it will happen

    I think it's a bad idea.<br><br>If you don't wanna talk to anyone, don't respond to your mail. Just leave the flag up, simple as that.
