Has anyone...?

I'm wondering, because I put them on hold at the library since I heard they were good...<br><br>But has anyone ever read any of the Vampire Chronicles by Anne Rice? I know a couple were made into movies, I've never seen the movies though...<br><br>But, I'd like to know if they were any good? (the books)

    I have and I loved them. But it does get heavy sometimes, and some parts seem to go on for ever. Overall tho, I thought they were terrific.

    The movies were really good.<br><br>I tried to read the first book 'Interview with a Vampire'<br><br>It is written in older English, making it harder to read and it was just plain out boring. I could get past the fifth chapter, and I really tried.

    I've read Interview with the Vampire and The Vampire Lestat. Im starting Queen of the Damned soon. They were great books, very descriptive and interesting. Some parts were long, but still great books.<br>You could try The Vampire Diaries which is a different style vampire series.
