I think Photoshop.. Adobe Image Ready? XD I forgot some program popped up on my comp and I could animate stuff. XD But contract sent. ;] You should see the bottom of my kennel, playername is BlueyIsis III. XD You'll be shocked 8)

Hmm...I can look into that...but I'm quite busy nowadays, so I won't probably be able to teach myself/find a program free until after exams...which finish the 19th for me. And when I saw your kennel, I actually laughed out loud. I can't believe you post them ALL! XD I now realise just how many banners I've made for you. lmao.
