Banner contest 3 mill dollar prize

To enter it ocst 10k and I need a banner that has a dog on it and it cant be custom. All the money goes toward prize money and all the banners go to poor novices. Message Lady Rutha to join or pm me. or just reply. I need at least 15 people to join befor I run it and im hoping for more than that. :shock: :? :D Thanks a bunch for reading

    I'll enter. But I highly doubt you're going to get anywhere by making people pay for an entry fee. And let alone yourself not having the 3 Mill. uphand. That's pretty much a damper.<br><br>And need more banner information... Such as how they will need to look... That sorta thing.
