Oribisworlds to report stuff is not working well. At least not to me and a few others.<br><br>I barely use orbisworlds and I can never remember my name. My info is signed up on an email I don't even use. And to get it back you have to go through this long process and you can't even make another account.<br><br>I think there should be a way to report from the orbis game you actually play. Like an issue on virtualpups you could report from virtualpups.

    I agree. I don't use any other of the games except VP. I don't know my Orbisworlds login info, and there doesn't seem to be any way to retrieve it. Its a pain. I miss being able to report and ask for help through the actual game. Now I can't do any of that, cause when I try PMing an op they tell me to do it on Orbisworlds, but I can't. So if I need help, I'm either out of luck, or I have to ask someone else who uses Orbisworlds to do a ticket for me. :roll:

    Personally, I don't like OrbisWorlds. I made an account when it first came out, but I can't remember the info. I third this opinion!

    Its actually the easiest way to get things to Nef. We get Support tickets and we escalate them to her. She logs into Orbis quite often. And now with emial. Things could be sent to spam or she may overlook them thinking they are spam. I highly doubt she will get rid of it either. Spent way to much time getting it ready and doing it.

    Ya, I think before, I may be wrong, but before Orbis Worlds came out, I think there was a form you could fill out under help, that when you filled it out, went straight to Shannon. I think that if you e-mailed her, instead of using Orbis Worlds, like I did when it wasn't resolved through Orbis Worlds, and made the Subject what happened like Suspended! or Spamming... then she will see it instead of her thinking it's junk mail. Or maybe you could put your kennel name down as the subject?

    The thing Under Help went to the Ops accounts. Not to Shannon. Then we would have to catch her on chat or try and get her attention when emailing her things. OW just works easier. <br>Just letting you know emailing her isn't the quickest way of getting things done. With OW we can get her attention on things very quick. Also when you make a support ticket. Make sure and give as much info as poosible. Screenshots/Kennel Numbers. That way it goes quicker.
