Critique for eye?

I made this wolf eye, and I am failry happy with it. It's awesome! Only a few suggestions: First, I think you should have a clearer outline of the eye. Its better to make it stand out in the fur instead of looking like a fur marking, like the eyes on the back of a butterfly's wing. I also suggest you make the left end of the eye pointed slightly downward, and maybe make a different colored circle around the pupil? Well, that's all Tina has to say! Don't mind her, she still thinks your eye is possitively amazing.

Well, it's good for a flat base coloring but by no means a finished eye. ^^ Eyes need shading just like the face/body does and they have highlights and shadows. Also, animals usually have black skin around their eyes, sort of like 'eyeliner' and they have tear-ducts . There are some great eye tutorials on deviantART.
