Twilight Movie Updates

Okay, I haven't done a update on the Twilight movie in a while for various reasons but instead of hunting down my old post and what not I just decided to start a new one. I am now going to try to keep on top of things and give updates on the movie as often as I can. I have to say I am a bit dissapointed in the actors so far. I pictured Alice as a blonde, Rosalie as a Brunette, and Edward as a Blonde. And didn't Emmett have Curly dark hair? (That is why Rosalie changed him!) I know it doesn't matter my opinion, nothing will be changed, but I just thought I would give my two cents. Wow. Jake is so young!

Welp in the book it says Alice has black brown hair, Rosalie is like a platinum blonde and Emmett did have dark curly hair in the book but they might decide to change his look a little or something. I dont think his hair will really matter that much. First of all, Rosalie didnt change Emmett, Carlisle did because Rose didnt think she was strong enough. Thats why she had to carry him all that way. And second of all she didnt choose him for his hair it was one because she felt sorry for him, getting mauled by the bear and all and two, there was a instant bond between them that grew stronger as she brought him back to the Cullen home for Carlisle to help him. Just some minor corrections

And your right, Jake does look young, but he really isnt. Taylor Lautner,is like really 16 in real life, he just appears young. In Twilight he will be playing 15 year old Jake and as things progress in the movie/s he will start to look older and older. Im not quite sure how they are going to make him look 25 in Eclipse but they will figure it out somehow I guess.

I am excited for the fourth! But remember how Rosalie felt guilty because she changed him for the somewhat wrong reasons? She saw him being mauled by the bear, and yes, did feel sorry for him, but she also felt a connection because he had dark curls and dimples that showed on his face even when he wasn't smiling. Just like her friend's child? I know that I was wrong in picturing Rosalie and Alice the way I did, but I did. So I was just stating that it was wrong in my mind. Not the way the author did it

I want the book much more then the movie. I mean I still want it to come out already but I would much rather have the book. Urgg, why does she have to make them come out a year apart?? It is pure torture!

UPDATE Billy Black has been casted. Gil Birmingham will play him in Twilight. I dont know much about his acting but he has been on several TV shows and played in two films I think. Since Billy doesnt have that big of a role I dont think his acting will really matter but either way it is exciting for more people to be casted. I think they have cast just about everyone besides some of the more minor characters like Quil or Embry, people like them. Lets discus, shall we?

Good point. I imagined Billy to be in his late forties-mid fifties so that would give him a good bit of lines and wrinkles but Im sure they will change his look up a little. Remember Jasper's hair? Everyone hated it because it looked so fake and stupid and now they have done the minor task of giving him a perm and he looks completely different. It looks so much better now, I even think he's hot now where as before he was just..okay. So Im not worried about it, they'll figure something out.

lol Im right there with you. As soon as I start up the computer in the morning that is the first thing I look for. Seeing all the pictures from the movie is so exciting!! I cant wait for it! I about had a attack all of them came out. I was practically drooling looking at them.

Now I see that Robert is the perfect Edward. *Sigh's at his beautiful golden eyedness* But the more I find out about the Twilight movie, the more I want Breaking Dawn. Its killing me!

I know! I saw some pics from the set and he looked soooooo gorgeous *dreamysigh* He's like, all perfect. I want Breaking Dawn so bad! I'm buying Eclipse all over again, just so I can get the tshirt thingies and read the first chapter of Breaking Dawn.

lol I want to but my mom says I have to buy it with my own money since she has already bought me Eclipse one time. I think I might anyway though, just for the first chapter and the t-shirt things. Depends on how much money I have then I guess. When is it coming out again?

Big time..Ugh this just kills me Sometimes, when I cant get to sleep at night, I think about what could happen in the book. Like make theories and stuff. I swear Im going to cry once I finish Breaking Dawn, even if it does have a happy ending. Because it will be the last book. Well there will be Midnight Sun but really thats just another version of Twilight. So sad..

Yeah. But here's the thing. Everyone is saying Breaking Dawn is going to be the last book aside from Midnight Sun. But Steph. is saying that this is going to be the last book in Bella's point of view. That means she could be making others in like Jakes point of view or something. That would be v. cool. But she also said that Breaking Dawn will be it for a few years. So I guess we cant be expecting Midnight Sun for a while. Which sucks but thinking about the possibility of other books is soo cool.

Yepp. At first I hated Robert as Edward and Kristen as Bella but now they just seem to...fit. Oh I cant wait for the movie!

I think we just needed some time to get used to them, when I'm daydreaming up Breaking Dawn theories, I see them as Bella and Edward... The only thing I can see really wrong with the movie right now... Kristen said in an interview that they were filming him running on treetops, that didn't make any sense to me

Yeah, I dont like that either. I mean, why cant they run on the ground? :? I dont know, it'll be fine I guess. Just a lot harder to picture than just running really fast on the ground..
