Training Kennel..for Rent?

Okay well I haven't really been on that much lately and when I am on its usually just on the Forum to talk about a few things. I haven't been doing any training because well..okay I'll be honest. Im a lazy bum. I could train if I got off my lazy butt and did it. But honestly Ive just been doing a lot of role plays, letting them replace my former training time. So, my point is that I have a training kennel that is just wasting away. It still has several months on it and I don't want to sell it because I want to have it during the summer, which is when I do most of my training. So I was thinking about renting it out. If there are some people interested then I guess I will post my requirements and such. So, post and tell me what you think and if you are interested in renting it. The one I share is going to expire soon. If you did let me use it, I'd train for you and you could keep some of the profit when I trained for the public.

I might be interested, I don't have access to my breeding kennel at the momeny and I stay on my sales kennel for now.

Okay I am glad to hear that some people are interested. Naturally I have a few rules and such. Im sure Im going to forget something out of here but this is just basic stuff. No changing the password. Any money that you earn is to be kept in another kennel. You may use the inbox but if you have someone messaging you personally make sure they put your name in the subject. As for payment, and yes there is payment. Im not really sure what I would like as payment. Money would be the best thing. I am very interested in trainings, but you would have to provide examples of your training. You would be training imports. The training style would be something like this: Not sure about the skills just yet but stats would be 200 everything. Maybe aggro. Then groomed to 10 or 11. I might consider other payments. Those are just a few basic things. Since there is more than one person interested I will do this. Give me some references saying you are trustworthy etc., How long you have been playing the game and how long you have been training, and what you would like to offer as payment for using the kennel. That will help me decide I think.

Payment? I would pay 5 mill for one month, thats all I would want it for. Chibi Werewolf is a ref, but that vper has no forum account, and I recently sold a rescue kennel to teddybears.

I'd could pay you with trainings and monies. Though.. probably more training then money e.e But I would commit to training at least 4 dogs a week. More if I can get on a little but longer ;3 But as of today, I have been playing for one year. I have been training.. I dunno a couple months? I'll post refs and examples later. I have them saved on the other computer. If you want.. maybe first you'd like me to do a couple dogs as a "test"? xD Anyway.. I'll post refs and examples later tonight

Okay so now the kennel is between donttryme and Hose-Frog-Pickle donttryme I still need examples from you. Of training and what not. Two examples isnt going to cut it. Hose-Frog-Pickle thanks for all the info. It really helps my decision.
