Fruits Basket

Anyone else here watch/read Fruits Basket?<br><br>I was up-to-date with the mangas for awhile, but then I went broke and I haven't been able to keep up with buying the new ones. I have some money now and I'm thinking about putting off dying a couple dogs here to buy the mangas I don't have. I have 1-15. I haven't read some of them yet (10-15) so I'm gonna re-read all of them and finish the mangas that I have so far. But I wanna be up-to-date again. <br><br>Anyone know which volume America is up to?

    Have you tried looking on a Fruits Basket website? Or in an online store to see where it's at?<br><br>Im going to start reading that once Ive read through the rest of Bleach ^.^

    Book 18<br><br>You haven't goteen to 17 yet? Oh, you have to! I about died.<br><br>I finished the series. I cheated and went on Wikipedia and onemanga. I'm horrible, I know. :D<br><br>Fruits Basket was my first manga... I own most of them and I own the whole anime series. (I didn't like the anime as much as the mangas, though.)

    Oh my goodness! You haven't found out the very shocking secret yet then! I won't tell you what it is but I can gaurantee it's not something anybody would expect LOL. I'm a Fruits Basket addict tee hee...Right now that's the only manga series I own that I am up to date on except for Death Note.

    Does the shocking secret involve Akito? <br><br>I went on Bookland's site and they have up to 20. So I'm gonna haveta buy 16-20 next chance I get.<br><br>Who's your favorite character everyone? :D Mine's Kyo. I have a Kyo shrine in my room XD Not even kidding.<br><br>Oh, Fire, I have 3 Furuba DVDs all in one spiffy case. Is that all there are? It was sold as the complete series, but it doesn't include some of the Sohmas. It ends when Tohru finds out Kyo's secret and makes her decision based on it, but they went out of order compared to the manga.

I got it for $25. Whoop!<br>I didn't hate the anime, but it wasn't one of my favorite things in the world. It didn't follow the manga very well. I like the mangas better in all of the anime's I've seen (except Inuyasha. Haven't read that yet. And I haven't seen Death Note yet, either).<br><br>:D

    The Wolf's Rain anime is much better than the manga, I think. They have complete different endings, the whole 2nd(2nd = last) manga didn't happen in the anime...the anime was more interesting, longer, and had more of a storyline. ^^ Much, much sadder, less sugarcoated ending in the anime too. I cried pretty hard. The ending is confusing though.<br><br>I don't know if I like the anime or manga better for Furuba. I'll tell you what though, when Tohru learned Kyo's secret in the anime..I friggin BAWLED.

    You should read it! ^^ A lot more happens in the Manga! I wouldn't recommend one or the other though, you have to watch and read XD
