    I liked <span style="text-decoration:underline">War of the Worlds</span>, and I don't know if <span style="text-decoration:underline">I am Legend</span> would count, but I absoultly loved that movie.

    <span style="font-size:75">oooo. ...I LOVE horror movies! ^^<br>Good thread! =D<br><br>lol, War of the Worlds seems to be pretty popular in this thread.<br>Oddly enough, that's one of my favs too.<br>...but not so much as my others; <br><br>- <span style="font-weight:bold">The Hills Have Eyes</span> (remake by Alexandre Aja. I absolutely LOVE this movie! He's my favorite movie director ^^)<br><br>- <span style="font-weight:bold">High Tension</span> (French film. English dubbed. Also by Aja... VERY good. I'd definitely recommend to other horror lovers who don't mind gore...)<br><br>- <span style="font-weight:bold">The Mummy</span> & <span style="font-weight:bold">The Mummy Returns</span> (OMG... FAVS!! XD Not so much "horror" but I love these movies anyways... reminds me of 'back in the day') lol<br><br>- <span style="font-weight:bold">Cabin Fever</span> (don't take it so serious & you'll actually find it a pretty fun movie. ...too many people complain b/c they wanna take it for something it's not. It's not meant to be a "omg, I couldn't sleep for weeks" horror film... its' more-so a "just for fun" one) =P<br><br>- <span style="font-weight:bold">Hide & Seek</span><br><br>- <span style="font-weight:bold">Signs</span><br><br>- The <span style="font-weight:bold">Saw</span> movies are also good too because they really make you think. I admire that quality in a horror movie.<br><br>& those are just a few. ^^</span>

    My favorite Horror movies are all Japanese *grins*. In my opinion they are scarier than the gore movies that we usually get here.<br><br>Ringu<br>Ju-On<br>Curse, Death & Spirit<br>Dark Water<br><br>Many people may have seen the American versions of The Ring (Ringu), The Grudge (Ju-On) and Dark Water but in my opinion the original Japanese ones are better.

    <br><br>yes, I am not alone! :lol: one main reason I don't watch them is that I don't see the piont in paying money to scare yourself :roll: plus I'm with you one the scardy dog thing :P I had a nightmare just after watching Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets(Silver+giant snakes and spiders= not good combo)<br><br>I did like Van Hellsing though, if that counts. It was one of the few movies where the werewolves didn't look like their face got ran over by a truck :lol: <span style="font-size:25">they were kinda hot too</span> :oops:
