  Have you read The Amulet of Samerkand? It's the 1st book of the Bartimus triolgy, but I've only read TAOS beacause, imao, I couldn't really get into the second one. I only got though 1 1/2 chapters before it bored me.(not to mention getting used to ajusting the highschool workload, took reading time away :roll:)<br><br>But I would recomend TAOS, it's really good and actually quite funny once you get used to the style(switches from 2 points of veiw throught the story)<br><br>School workload has pretty much kept me from reading anything else, other then textbooks. :roll:

  Theres this series where a girl sees dead people and she practices some wicken things. I found it very interesting.   Mm..<br><br>Dances With Wolves and To Kill a Mockingbird. They're hard to get into at first, but they're at the top of my list of favorites.<br><br>The trilogy by Libba Bray was pretty good, too.<br><br>I loved Angels and Demons and The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown, but I don't know if you would like that. They're kinda... out there... <br><br>I recommend anything by Tamora Pierce, too. She writes pretty good books.<br><br>I read The Amulet of Samerkand. It was pretty good.<br><br>Oh and um... Mercedes Lacky. She's hard to understand at first, but I loved Black Swan and her Valdamear books (not sure if I spelled that right. )

  If your looking for a really good series with a lot of suspense try the series of unfortunate events by Lemony Snickett

  the "The Perks of Being a Wallflower" was amazing!<br><br>and try "Rats Saw God" by rob thomas as well, it was very good.<br><br>oh and "St Micheal's Scales".<br><br>and i thought "A Seperate Peace" was really good too.

  <br><br>I've read a separate peace, it was okay, and it was way better than Pride and prejudice in my opinion( We had to read those for a summer reading assignment)
