  Usually, it's whenever a dog is depressed/ungroomed, and the kennel is inactive for more than a month, but Buffy and I found a kennel that has some dogs that are in bad shape, but aren't rescuable [and the kennel has been unused for at least a month].

  I just looked a little bit ago and they were there. Now the dogs aren't and I can't find them in the whole vp database XD<br><br>Ugh, that makes me mad :x <br><br>Oh, well.
