  oh i know how to animate with GIMP!<br>i was thinking of photoshop :? <br>but id need to get into GIMP<br>which takes forever to load,<br>but i know this much off the top of my head<br>you save it as GIF<br>then you export, then it will say<br>"artists comments"<br>or something<br><br><br>AHH pooey!<br>let me open GIMP real qucik i think ive done it before

  <span style="font-size:75">k i think this is what you do<br><br>make your banner,<br>merge the layers,<br>make a new layer,<br>make what you want the next frame to look like,<br>and so on,<br>then you save it as<br>autodesk LICF animation(or something like that)<br>then you click export, blah blah blah<br><br>i think this works<br>(i just did it)<br><br>but it seems like a bit of trouble to make the new frames every time:/<br><br>i promis when i get time later tonight,<br>ill figure the easiest way out</span>
