Ok, now don't say this is stupid or weird but I think there should be a virtualcats with domestic and wild cats. Maybe is we get enough people the sign Nef will think about it. So, sign away! Names Dachundlover/graypaw300

true but we could make up new events like hunting, night tracking, racing (cheatahs maybe?), theyd be different but still cool.

sorry to but in but you can train cats im still trying to teach my cat to sit when ask to =p (you just need a cat that will work for food)

That would be interesting, however I agree, I don't know what much one can do with a cat other than breed it. Hunting would be one yes. Perhaps even behavior training, but other than that I don't see how it would have much merit.

I think it really just depends upon Nef, because she's the one who has the resources to make another site. You could always try emailing her with a plan & benefits. Plan meaning that you include what type of possible events, possible breeds and possible stats. Events could be hunting (mice, birds, etc.), fishing (LOL XD), climbing (trees), obedience, conformation, and maybe racing, but realistically, I don't think cats (domestic or wild) would ever race each other. Since it'd be a game, I think that'd be okay. Then, of course, it could always have "Dodge the Dog" as the racing event. XD See which cat runs faster from the "dog". But that'd be nice if they could, I think it'd get them more interest in Orbis Games. VHR was already recommended in Horse&Rider magazine.. VP was recommended in Dog Fancy, so if they had a cat site, it'd probably be mentioned in Cat Fancy sometime. Nef would definitely benefit because those magazines are distributed all over the US (I'm not sure about elsewhere), and that means more customers. More customers = more cash. More cash = happy Nef. :P On another note, cats can be trained, like tbone said. I have 3 cats and they all know how to sit and come on command, and I've also trained one of them to lie down, stay, and shake. It takes more patience though, they have a different psychology than dogs, and too many people don't understand that. Plus, people don't pay much attention to cats usually, they just give them food/water/attention whenever they want, so they never have to work for it.

Yeah.. ive seen other cat sites crash and no one be interested.. because theres not much to do we have SBF.. thats plenty so im not in favor of the idea (this has been suggested before i dont think nef went for it)

I luff the idea of having a virtualcats game as i fantabulary luff Tigers they is my faveritust animal!!! & i have seen cats that can chase after a ball on command...they can be trained...& i have trained my cat to kiss me on command thats soo cute when she does that...i was trying to teach her to sit but gave up on that idea as she kept running away from the dog. & Anastasia i have never heard of Dog Fancy...so yea it is probably only sold in the US as i live in the UK... You could also have an event where the cats attack a dog & the winner is the one whos dog is most battered up...& my dog is afraid of my cat, she hits him & hisses

I think that'd be pretty cool xD And in support of Anastasia's quote, my cat knows how to sit, roll over, come, lay down, and stay, and when we ring the bell she knows it's time to eat xD I didn't spend too much time with my cat when she was a kitten... :]

Yeah, I figured it was probably just a US magazine. ^^ (Thanks for letting me know too.) XD That would be an awesome event. I bet cat fanciers would love that. My previous cat would charge dogs all the time, especially if they came onto our property. Erica, that's awesome. I can't imagine one of my cats ever willingly rolling over. XD My cats do come for food when we hit the counter with a spoon though, and if you shake/spray a whip-cream can. (Sad, right? :P)

xD It's crazy how smart some cats actually are.. The only way I can get mine to roll over anymore is if I'm armed with like, 5 or 6 treats

I guess she figures at the ripe old age of 11 she must be getting some reward for her "hard work"

This has been brought up before and it is a great idea. But right now new corbis games are in beta testing mode and they are working on other things. So it would probbably take a long time. Nef is still working on making VHR and VP better one more game will just add to her challenge. But I still like the idea.

just to add to the cat training thing... I taught my kitty to go up and down a slide and through a tunnel (this was before i got my pupeh who i train and compete in agility)
