I need a map maker D:
I need someone to make me a map...preferably drawn and colored on the<br>computer...along the lines of this: <a href="http://www.rainclan.org/lotr/malenhadx.jpg"; target="_blank" class="bb-url">http://www.rainclan.org/lotr/malenhadx.jpg</a><br><br>BUT!....it won't be a map of lakes XD if you are interested I would like you<br>to PM me so I can tell you what it's for 
<br><br>Basically though...I need a map with different locations for something and<br>if anyone knows how to make it interactive...I would love that :shock: <br>Meaning like..when you move your mouse over a number or the name of<br>the location it will bring up a description or something like that <br><br>I REALLY REALLY need this done, and I can pay in the millions 8) <br>However I'd feel alot better if I pay after it's drawn or like half when its<br>drawn and the other half when its fully colored. I don't want to pay for <br>something that I'm not satisfied with...which im sure no one likes to do<br><br>Anyways...please lemme know <br><br><3 Moonlight
