Hm.. age of dog thing O.o

edited December 2007 in Game Suggestions
Well it would make it a lot easier for training.. like ya know when you RH or something til 10 and the stats page comes up.. instead of having to back to the dogs page to see the age.. maybe it could show the age on that page too? I dunno i thought of it while I was training tonight. I thought it would make it a lot easier xD

  • All you have to do is click on My Kennel and you can look at your dog.
  • Yes I know.. but I think it would make it easier if we could jsut see the age while training.

  • Well consider that the dog's age doesn't change as you are training, just when you click "next turn" it'll age by a week. Just keep track of it that way. ;3
  • I do that quite often.. but when your doing something like groom.. with the 3 window method.. and you take a bunch of turns.. it just gets confusing xP. It isn't really *needed* But.. I think it would make it easier. Though.. I shouldn't be so lazy that I just can't look at the dog x3

  • What I tend to do is make out the contracts for the correct amount of turns so that the turns expire at say 11 years.

It's 527 turns for a dog to get from 1 week to 11 years.
There's 48 turns in a year, but remember to minus 1 if training a dog from birth coz it's already a week old.

Hope this helps
I'm not on much anymore, If I win anything PM me.... Thanks

  • This is a great idea :D

the 3-window thing is far too complicated for me xD It would get my all confused.

I use one window, but I have seperate tabs for the RHing or FPing and the actual training.

  • XP Neither work/ed for me. I like the good old fashioned enter+enter+enter+turn+back+back and so on. I like just plain ol' clicking on my dads compy though ^^

  • I do the click-refresh-refresh-refresh-refresh-turn-back thing until they run out of mood, then click on the other little thing and go refresh-refresh-refresh-turn-back and then go back to the training.

Works well for me, I get done pretty fast.

  • I have done that.. I find that better on a slow computer, but the 3-window method on a faster computer.
