More than 255 characters for signatures (WeisseEdelweiss)

I can see some of the issues that would arise from allowing more than 255 characters to the signatures, but people who disobey this rule could merely have their signatures removed completely or signature abilities removed.<br>Also banner size restrictions can apply here to prevent 800X600 pixel banners and allow something more compact like 300x300 at the most.

    There is a banner restriction...200x500 or something like that. Thing is, its not coded into the forums...its more of a thing where if an op sees a banner thats too big they tell the person to remove it or whatever...I think 0o
