R.i.P. Kerry.

Kerry was chubbier. But I had no reference. :[ That's her when she had cancer in her toe, so it was amputated.

When she was at a dog boarding place, she ate a toy, and it wouldn't digest, so she needed surgery. There, they found many tumors. Her time was short. She was 8.

Kerry had special medicine, her 'parents' cooked her food. She had her best friend, Max, with her 24/7.

Her owners got back from a trip on Mon. They picked up their dogs. And went to the bank. Tried to get Kerry out, she wouldn't budge. Tried coaxing her with her favorite treat, chicken. She wouldn't get out. She she was put down. She was 9.

I'm really sad. She was such a sweet dog. Max is heart broken. So are her owners. I'm surrounded by death.

 • Thanks. Bella's also at risk of cancer cause her stupid owners didn't spay her. The SPCA only did it two months ago, and burned her shoulder which isn't going to heal. Luckily, she won't need sugury on that.

I know to look for bumps on her belly, but some are just the body. So how can I tell?

 • All I know Dreamy, is it isnt fun when they do have it. Tiffany's appeared out of no where, and the only reason she couldnt be saved, was because it was fast spreading. Could we have stopped it before it got that bad? I dunno. I have no idea what to look for, I just know it isnt fun for the owner, or the dog.

Tiffany's mood totally changed, and she began trembling *from the pain* which, is when we took her to the vet, Keep in mind, she had been there a couple weeks earlier, and there was no sign of cancer. Then, it was there, so, it depends.

But, you shouldnt have to worry about it too much, your dog's young. And, if its going to be cancer from not being fixed, most likely it will appear on her stomach *not all the time, but, thats the most likely place* Thats where Tiffany's was, and she was fixed. :? :(

 • Well, Bella's 5. Her vet said unfixxed females or females that weren't fixxed until an older age are at higher risk than females fixxed at younger age. 5-10 is usually around it. I'm so scared of losing a dog again. Meh. I had a dream we found out Auzzy had a brain tumor, and they caught on early enough to "kill" it. And we readopted him and we were best friends. And at the end of the day, I layed down in my bed, Bella and Auzzy sleeping together. And then I woke up, eager to pet Auzzy and he was gone. :(

 • I keep wondering if the reason he got worse was brain damage or nerve damage or something.

There was a walk I took him on, we like on a very busy street. He lunged at cars. And it's a 2 lane road, and one lane is for parking, but sometimes people go in that lane and speed up. And Auzzy lunged at one of those cars, and it was so fast.. I yanked him back, I didn't think I heard a thump. He was walking fine. But.. what if it had hit him? Around the head.. COuld that have been it? I figured it was my fault he got sent in anyway, but could it be my fault he acted that way?
