How should I end my story?

Im no where near the end, but, Im writing the end, before the middle o.O lol. It's the best part, I couldn't help myself... and I dunno exactly how Im gonna fill in between the beggining &end.. but, still need to figure the end out.<br><br><br>I either end it:<br><br>-The normal way, hapily ever after, all the odds&ends get worked out and such<br>-One of the main characters dies (prolly Connor... he IS the story ^.^)<br>-Both the main characters die (Hmm, would be kinda hard to figure out, but dying in each other's arms, aww)<br>-No one dies, but they aren't happy either... they get mad at each other, nothing works out right.. blah blah blah ^.^<br>-End it with a Cliffhanger, and hope I can manage a sequal :lol: <br><br><br>The results of this may or may not help, but, just looking for what kinds of endings people wanna see in stories ^.^ I don't want it to be the same old, "They fall in love, get married, and live on happily ever after" like so many stories have nowadays...<br><br>Thanks for looking :wink:

    cliffys are fun :D <br><br>I'm like that too, I can think of a certian part in the middle or near the end, then I get frustrated trying to link it together. :lol: I stink at writting beginnings :P
