Wolf...which breed..

Ok, i have to do a research paper, and we're not allowed to change our topics anymore past today, and I had mine on "Wolf" so.. which breed of wolf should I research?<br><br>Im thinking either Timber or Arctic, but someone at school wanted me to do Mexican... :?: <br><br><br>Lol, it was hard for me to narrow it down to wolf as it is, I just wanna know which kind would be most 'interesting' to research on, not to mention we are working on these for 2 months :shock: <br><br><br>Thanks.

    i think the majority of the breeds are endangered. I will check up on them though :wink: <br><br>All I know is like for a couple of them, there werent very good resources :?

    I think red wolves becuase there arn't many left (last time I looked I think it was about 100 :shock: ) and not alot of people know about them so I think that would be cool. :]

    Yeah, but I have to have a book as a resource... would there be any books on them?<br><br><br>Im sure there probably is if you get like a wolf book or somthing, Im going to the bookstore on in a couple days to try and find a book for it.

    um Red wolf is what I would do and go to your local library to get books on it that way you don't have to pay for the books.

    <br><br>Yeah, i dont even need a book anymore ^.^ I got my two resources with encyclopedias today in school. Sept, the only wolf I could find, was Grey :? :( <br><br>And, the other book talked about all wolves in general.. so I may be able to merge a few different breeds into the same thing 8)

    I remember in our school liberary there was a book with a section on them, it was Called Endangered Animals of North America either Vol 1 or 2. But they had a whole seiries of them, one per contentinat.

    Lol, my school library pretty much sucks >.<<br><br>I had to use a book from 1975 & some animal encyclopedia, that had a short, brief description of a Grey Wolf, but no other breeds.... So, I guess Im gonna have to do that one, though i tried to do Arctic, and there was nothing. Arctic Fox, but not wolf. :roll:

    I would say Ethiopian, no one really know about them :( But if you don't want to do them, then go with the Red.<br><br>Also I've got a Wild dogs book, rather old, but a good source of info on a lot of wild canines XD I could scan the pages for any of the lupis breeds you might happen to chose ^^

    Yeah, Im gonna try & squeeze in a few different breeds.<br><br>I was thinking Ethiopian too, since I saw your banner and everything, but... thats definatly going to be hard to research, since there arent any reference books towards Arctic/Red.<br><br>Maybe Ill list off like, the 3 most endangered or something, and give a brief description on them.

    <br><br>the book I mentioned earlier, has a load of info on ALL the wolf, fox and other wild canines. If you want, I can pm you the pages for your research
