Training

edited May 2005 in Game Suggestions
I know I am a specialized Breeding Kennel, but there was something that triggered my mind. It says that when you become a sponser, you can train faster. It shouldn't JUST be for Training Kennels. I became a sponser so I could train faster.

If you agree, please reply.

 • Have you added any fame points to training under the skill tab? You won't get the benefit of being able to train over a 100 in stats, but the speed is about the same.

 • I agree with Magnoona, and no, I'm not a specialized trainer so I'm not just saying this so that I get benefit. I agree that when you become a sponsor you already get a training advantage with being able to train faster through adding fame points to the trainer skill. That is the bonus you get over being a novice. If you choose specialty trainer you get the additional bonus of being able to train over 100% in stats. That's the specialty benefit, just like specialty breeders get higher stats and more pups at birth, prestige specialties get more events and club options, rescue specialties get the rescue kennels and extra back-kennel space, etc, etc. It's fair the way it is ... but if the powers that be want to improve my training abilities further, I'm not going to complain ;) haha
 • I have the skill for training full, allthough I still have the same speed when training as a Novice player. Using fame points is useless now! You barely gain fame when you enter events. It takes me like a month to hit 100 fame, and I enter TONS of events!! I just think we should be able to train at least a little faster than we do now. Is that a crime?

 • really? it takes me (a novice) 1 day to hit 180 points so long as i keep showing my dogs in the sports that they win in.

 • Personally, that isnt fair to the specialized trainers! so no matter what type of kennel you have you can do the same type of training? speed wise?

 • You wouldn't have the same speed. You would just be able to train a dog w/o having to take forever. It took me 4 years (vp time) to train a dog as a Novice. It took me longer to train a dog as a Sponser. Something wrong here!!

 • Ok, I am sorry I caused this commotion. I just got a Training Kennel, so my problem is set. Sorry again!
