Help Please! (Problem Upgrading)

I have sent two messages already... and I have not gotten a response
I have tried to upgrade my account to become a sponsor and its telling me this :

We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the "Ask Seller a Question" link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at http://www.paypal.com.

What the heck am I to do?!

If you've sent in two messages and not gotten an answer, it is most likely because Ari and Nate are the only ones with access to the game's PayPal account and are the only ones who could give an answer. You might have to be patient for a few hours until one of them can be contacted.

Oh I have waited its been a couple of days now... I just did not know if anyone else had seen the same message or not is why I was asking. Also, incase if no one has then they could be aware of the problem.

I have actually responded to both of your tickets, and you didn't respond to either reply. Check your email's junk folder to see if the response email went there?

I have checked for emails... not in junk either... I will PM you my email to make sure you have the right one or that its not miss spelled.
